Facebook Pages is a Great Tool for Engaging Customers

A client of ours wanted to establish a presence on Facebook.

We decided not only to build a Facebook page for his company but to also build pages catered to people that would be interested in what he offered. I can’t get into specifics of what he offered and the pages that were created, but for the two pages, one has 7000 fans and the other has 5000. People posts pics and video, and have created multiple discussions on each page.

We used contests to help collect email addresses and sent “fan” updates with information pertinent to the page and the product.

Overall, we were all pleased with the outcome!
